Jam Shed

Mulled Wine Recipe

  • 75cl bottle Jam Shed Shiraz
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 star anise
  • 50g light brown sugar

Approx 6 servings

  1. Pour wine into a saucepan. Zest orange and thinly slice ginger. Stir zest, ginger, spices, and sugar into the wine
  2. Cook over moderate heat until simmering, about 10 mins
  3. Remove from heat, cover, and leave to stand for 10-15 mins
  4. Ladle into mugs
