Sangria Wine Recipe

One of the best things about this Spanishstyle drink is that just about anything goes - you can combine your favourite garnishes and fruit to match the occasion. Try out our delicious ‘Jamgria’ recipe this summer.

  • 1 bottle Jam Shed Shiraz
  • 500mL lemonade or soda water
  • 100mL brandy (you can make sangria without brandy or sub it for another liqueur that you have on hand. Triple Sec and Grand Marnier are both popular choices)
  • Plenty of ice
  • 1 x mint sprig
  • Oranges (sliced)
  • Lemon (sliced)
  • 1x cup of frozen berries
  • Combine sangria ingredients including the oranges and lemon in carafe and stir
  • Serve alongside glasses half-filled with additional ice, mint sprig and fresh or frozen mixed berries
